The next episode of "The Originals" season 3 puts Klaus face to face with his former love in (a less than awkward but more of) an unwanted encounter.

Titled "The Axeman's Letter," Klaus once again lays his eyes on an old flame by the name of Aurora, who happens to be one of the group causing turmoil in New Orleans.

In the promo for the episode, it looks like Klaus and Elijah try to hunt down the newest individual to threaten the town. "Roses are red, violets are blue. Come find me before I find you," Elijah says as he reads a note presumably left by Aurora as she "assists" them in locating her.

In the said "The Originals" season 3 promo, they successfully find her. "Hello my sweet love," she greets Klaus who was in the least but happy to see his former love whom he cherished and so passionately kissed back in the day when he sported long and luscious blonde locks and actual smiles.

As fans already know, Lucien, Tristan and Aurora managed to find their way to New Orleans and this only means that greater chaos is about to ensue. Klaus and Elijah settle on to inviting the trinity to a Thanksgiving party where they will parley for a ceasefire before all hell breaks loose.

However, Klaus' former love isn't one to back down. She has no reason to be afraid or get threatened because she knows she possess great leverage over Klaus. This prompts Freya and Hayley to challenge her and needless to say, things became deadly in a snap.

Speaking of deadly, Cami herself will be in grave danger after being confronted with a menacing new threat. Finally, the next "The Originals" season 3 episode will also see Davina struggle and Marcel and Vincent doing the extreme just to help her.

"The Originals" season 3 episode 5 "The Axeman's Letter" airs Nov. 5 at 9 p.m. ET on The CW.
