"The Crew's" highly anticipated launch is finally here, and the game developer promises to make the release on different platforms run as smoothly as possible.

Although Ubisoft was plagued by launch problems when they released "Assassin's Creed: Unity" this year, "The Crew's" lead designer Serkan Hasan confidently said that the beta testing phase managed to prepare the game for a problem-free launch on Dec. 2.

"The launch of any online game these days has potential issues, but I hope that players will be encouraged by our open approach. If you had any doubts that we could pull this off, I hope that the betas proved our credentials and the game's stability," Ubisoft's lead designer for "The Crew" said.

Hasan also stated that the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One editions of the open-world racing game will perform well on both gaming consoles.

According to reports, the PS4 and Xbox One editions of "The Crew" will run using 1080p/ 30 FPS resolution. Gamestar, a German gaming magazine, also shared the official graphics details for "The Crew's" PC edition.

In its report about Ubisoft's new game, the magazine said, "We have rich fast the graphics settings on the PC by: Maximum resolution 1080p, also allows the FPS limit set to 60. The default settings are Low, Medium, High and Ultra, there is also a custom option (parameter here are geometry, shadows, textures, environment mapping, depth of field, motion blur, anti-aliasing, grass and ambient occlusion). The Xbox controller is supported on the PC."

The magazine also verified that there will be a Day One patch for "The Crew's" PC version and a Day One patch for the PS4 version, but there are no further information about the game's changelog.

"The Crew" will be launched on PS4, Xbox One, Xbox 360, and Microsoft Windows on Dec. 2 in most countries worldwide, and it will be available in Japan on Dec. 6.
