'The Bold And The Beautiful' spoilers: Ivy suspicious of Rick, Quinn meddles, Ivy and Liam spend New Year's Eve together

"The Bold and The Beautiful" will be ushering in the new year, but it is not without any scheming and suspicions. The characters of "B&B" are still at it and it seems like there is no rest for them, that is until they get what they want.

Here are the spoilers from Dec. 29, 2014 to Jan. 2, 2015:

Rick, Eric and Carter

This week, Rick Forrester gets very busy. He pressures Eric as much as he can to make his father finally sign the papers. Signing the papers means he gets all power and control over Forrester Creations, but with Eric's hesitance, he panics and starts to worry.

Carter warns Eric about signing the papers and giving Rick the ultimate power over the company. This is the reason why Eric hasn't signed them yet. Carter also informs Ridge about Rick's plans, but he is a bit surprised to see how Ridge reacts. Instead of being concerned about Forrester Creations, Ridge is more concerned about her feelings for Caroline and even tells Carter about it.

Meanwhile, at a meeting at Forrester Creations, Caroline is surprised to see that Maya is in attendance. She has no idea that Rick and Maya are in it together.

Deacon, Quinn and Wyatt

Quinn may just never change and it will be seen this week when she chooses to meddle in her son's life once again. Wyatt is planning to get Hope back, but Quinn won't let that happen. Deacon tries to discourage her from doing so.

Ivy and Liam

Could Liam have finally moved on from Hope? This week, he and Ivy give their romance another chance. They spend New Year's Eve together.

But before Ivy enjoys her moment with Liam, she grows suspicious over Rick's actions lately. According to She Knows Soaps, she talks to Othello and asks what is really going on in Forrester Creations.

"The Bold and The Beautiful" will show a re-run on Jan. 1, 2015. In the meantime, fans can catch the sneak peek of this week's episodes.
