The holidays are over and it's time to get back to business. In the "Bold and The Beautiful" this week, relationships crumble, scheming is at an all-time high, and forgiveness is slim. Here are the spoilers for the week of Jan. 5 to 9:

Rick, Caroline and Maya

Rick and Maya share a huge toast as their plans have come to fruition. Eric Forrester has signed over Forrester Creations to his son Rick and he couldn't be happier. However, there's someone in particular who isn't very happy — Ridge.

Through the course of the scheming, Rick and Maya grew closer, which is another successful plan for her. Not only has she gained his trust, she has also earned his love. Now, according to Soap Opera Fan, Rick prefers Maya over his own wife Caroline. The latter is very determined to fix her marriage with Rick, but he is making sure that she knows who he wants — and it's not her.

Ridge and Carter

Ridge is dismayed over what happened and he isn't going to take the back seat for long. He joins forces with Carter to take down the conniving Rick.

According to Celeb Dirty Laundry, Rick and Carter try to find a loophole around the papers to overturn the decision. Still, despite Ridge's warning to Eric, the former CEO continues to support his son Rick.

Ivy and Liam

With Hope gone, Ivy and Liam can now start anew, but a possible obstacle appears in front of Ivy when she sees a photo of Liam and one of his ex-girlfriends.

With the reports that Jacqueline MacInnes Wood is returning to the show, there is a good chance that the ex-girlfriend in the photo is actually Steffy Forrester.

Other spoilers

Katie and Bill help lonely Caroline, while Rick presents Maya with an extravagant gift. As for Hope and Wyatt, there's a slim chance of them reuniting and Wyatt is still not forgiving his mother Quinn.

"The Bold and The Beautiful" airs every weekday at 1:30 p.m. on CBS.
