'Bold and The Beautiful' spoilers: Katie and Bill to wed, Steffy kisses Liam, Brooke and Deacon get close

In the aftermath of Valentines Day, Katie finally gave Bill her answer to his proposal and it's a resounding yes. This week, the two start planning their wedding. However, it appears that Brooke isn't too happy about it.

This week in "The Bold and The Beautiful," the focus is on Brooke and Steffy. Here are the spoilers for the week of Feb. 16 to 20:

Bill and Katie's Wedding

While Bill and Katie are excited for their wedding, someone isn't. Bill's ex-lover and Katie's sister Brooke doesn't like the thought of the two getting married. According to She Knows Soaps, Donna believes that Brooke hasn't moved on from Bill. Nonetheless, Brooke is invited to the wedding and she will attend.

Katie asks Donna to be her bridesmaid while Bill asks Liam and Justin to be his groomsmen. What about Rick? He prefers spending time with Maya than going to the wedding.

Steffy and Liam

Steffy and Liam have been spending a lot of time together lately since she came back. Even though Ivy is growing suspicious of the two, Liam doesn't plan to cheat on his girlfriend. For him, it's just business.

However, Steffy is taking things in a different way. In the preview, she dresses in a skimpy bikini outfit and flirts with Liam. What's worse is that she even kisses him.

"My cards are on the table. I'm just doing what comes naturally. Maybe you should do the same," she tells Liam.

Other Spoilers

Despite so many people disapproving of their relationship, Caroline and Ridge fight for it. This time, they will appear as a couple in public.

As for Quinn, she's also not a very happy camper. Brooke and Deacon are getting close and Quinn doesn't like it one bit.

"The Bold and The Beautiful" airs every weekday at 1:30 p.m. on CBS. Check out the preview for Monday's episode "In It to Win It" here
