The new episode of "The Bachelorette" season 11 has the spotlight on Clint Arlis. The 27-year-old architectural engineer came to the show to find love and romance and he was successful to do that. Interestingly, he did not find what he was looking for in Kaitlyn but in his fellow suitor, JJ Lane.

In the trailer for the upcoming episode where he was dubbed Brokeback Bachelor (in reference to the 2005 movie that followed the romance of two sheep-herders played by Heath Ledger and Jake Gyllenhaal), he revealed that he will strive to stay in the show for JJ.

"Falling in love with a man never crossed my mind," the bachelor from Chicago, Illinois said in the new teaser. "Kaitlyn's not the right girl for me. I love JJ, so I need the rose tonight."

He added that he and JJ have gotten very close to each other.

However, TMZ recently reported that according to their sources, Clint and JJ are not gay at all and that nothing ever happened between them during the course of "The Bachelorette" season 11 expect for a "bromance." The two "just think it's funny" to bring the "Brokeback Mountain" theme into play.

Clint and JJ received massive attention in social media when the news about them broke out. TMZ added that both of them love that attention and they love thinking up funny responses to Twitter users who talk about show's unexpected turn.

After jestingly apologizing to his dad in the wake of the said romance, Arlis tweeted, "Before I field any questions about Brokeback Bachelor rumors, I would like to just say that I am a proud, 30-year-old woman and it's 2015. You monsters."

"The Bachelorette" season 11 will follow up on the Clint-JJ romance on June 1.
