The reality television competition series "The Amazing Race" is already under way with its 30th season. The big question that is on the minds of the viewers is, which of the contestants will be going home first? But more importantly, which of the 11 teams will be the top 3 contending teams that will qualify for the grand final?
As it turns out, Dessie and Kayle are the first pair to be eliminated from "The Amazing Race" season 30. From the 11 teams that are part of the competition, Dessie was the last person to arrive at the stop. The first leg of the competition took place in the capital of Iceland, Reykjavic. For the premiere of the show, which aired on Jan. 3, Wednesday, the official winners were Kristi Leskinen and Jen Hudak -- who then received a trip to Santorini, Greece as their prize.
Meanwhile, this might not all matter, considering the news that has been going around surrounding the final 3 teams that have made it that far in the competition. As it turns out, spoilers have been circulating around social media by bystanders who have witnessed the results of the competition -- given that these things are held mostly in public.
So far, the top 3 team finalists are named to be the team of Cody Nickson and Jessica Graf, who are a couple that started out in the reality television show "Big Brother" season 19. Henry Zhang and Evan Lynyak are also in the running, who are another couple that met first when they were both studying at Yale University, and were teammates at the debate team. Last, but not the least, retired professional skiers, Kristi and Jen, who also coincidentally won the very first challenge.
It is important to note that the grand prize winners have not revealed yet thus far. However, some eyewitness accounts state that Kristi and Jen were leading the race during the finals. These are just rumors, however, and some accounts contradict this speculation -- stating that Cody and Jessica actually won.
