Target Black Friday 2017 sale news: Big discounts and promos for gadgets

The Black Friday sale at juggernaut retailer, Target, for this year is looking to be an exciting one, especially for those who want great deals for certain gadgets. The retailing giant has already revealed their list of deals on their website, with most of them being eligible for Target gift cards.

In a report by The Verge, the price drops that have been revealed are some of the lowest that has ever occurred for the retailer. The Black Friday sale will be focusing on huge discounts for consoles, as well as other gadgets, among other things. Some Apple products will also be available at an all-time low during the Black Friday sale.

Microsoft's gaming platform, the Xbox One S, as well as Sony's PlayStation 4 will be available for less than $200 during the massive sale. This is certainly a big drop from the usual price of an estimated $300 for both gaming consoles.

With regards to Apple products, Forbes has reported that customers will receive a $250 gift card from Target after activating their iPhone 8 or 8 Plus. It is notable to mention that iPhone X will not have a similar promo. Apple's iPads will also be receiving a similar discount, except for the iPad Mini 4.

A similar offer will be available for Samsung's flagship products as well, and customers will be receiving a $300 gift card, which is slightly more generous than Apple's offer. The gift card will be granted for those who purchase the Note 8, the Galaxy S8, as well as the Galaxy S8 Plus upon activation of these gadgets.

According to CNET, other gadgets with massive discounts include GoPro Hero5 Session bundle with head strap and a 16GB SD card, priced at $250; wireless studio headphones by Beats priced at $160. It is important to take note that Target will be keeping its doors open until midnight during Thanksgiving, and will be opening its doors at 6 a.m. for the Black Friday sale.
