'Supernatural' season 12 episode 7 spoilers: Sam and Dean to attend Vince Vicente's rock concert

Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean (Jensen Ackles) will attend a rock concert in the next episode of "Supernatural" season 12, "Rock Never Dies."

This is not just any concert, though. It will be that of Vince Vicente (Rick Springfield), who, through the influence of Lucifer, intends to make his next gig the last concert that his fans will ever get to see in their life.

This is after Lucifer discovers that Vicente's fans will "whatever he wants," as per the synopsis for "Supernatural" season 12 episode 7. Along with Castiel (Misha Collins), who doubts Lucifer's singing abilities, and Crowley (Mark Sheppard), Sam and Dean will attempt to stop him.

In order to do so, the trio will have to enter "the underbelly of the music industry," as the episode synopsis teases. The promotional stills from the episode tease that the concert will be cut short as the hunters attempt to foil the rock star's plan.

Dean and Castiel will interrupt the performance with the former handcuffing him while on stage while the latter held a weapon, ready to take Lucifer down right then and there without the need for subtlety.

It looks like they will try to expose the truth about Lucifer to his fans, but the devil knows very well that they will listen to Vicente than them so Dean and company might be in serious trouble.

Whether or not this will be the end of Vincent as Lucifer's vessel remains to be seen, although the synopsis for the "Supernatural" season 12 episode after "Rock Never Dies" will lead Lucifer on the lookout for a new vessel to use.

Meanwhile, the upcoming episode is also expected to shed more light on Mary's (Samantha Smith) decision on whether or not she wants to be dead again as it looks like she is not enjoying her stay.

"Supernatural" season 12 episode 7, "Rock Never Dies," airs on Thursday, Dec. 1, at 9 p.m. ET on The CW.
