Dean and Sam will be dealing with the Styne family once more in the new episode of "Supernatural" very aptly titled "Dark Dynasty."

In the Winchester brothers' quest to find a cure for the Mark of Cain, the two are hurled into a "bizarre" murder perpetrated by another folk from the family that also happens to have great interest on the Book of the Damned. As the duo investigate, they eventually learn that the killer has the same tattoo shared by the deadly family, and they are eventually attacked by another member of the unit, Eldon. This episode stages a "brutal" fight between the new Styne member and Sam, and if his previous clash with another Styne is any indication, Sam is going to have a hard time dealing with Eldon as well.

On the other hand, a brawl is also likely to ensue and, this time, it involves Charlie and Rowena. The two are not exactly loving their new gig, which is to work together on decoding the Book of the Damned. But good thing Castiel is there to make sure that the pair does not end up in a melee or to at least make sure that the task will get done. The synopsis for the episode actually calls the angel a "referee."

Meanwhile, Crowley realizes that his mother is missing and quickly dismisses that she is up to something. Because of this, the King of Hell enlists the help of an old enemy before things get more out of hand. It will be interesting to see how this turns out or who that person might be. Lately, the series has become very fond of getting together unlikely duos. Sam has teamed up with Rowena recently just to save Dean.

"Supernatural" season 10 episode 21 "Dark Dynasty" will air on May 6.
