'Shahs of Sunset' cast news: Happy Asifa in, Lilly Ghalichi out, GG recommends plastic surgery to everyone

A cast switch-a-roo is happening on "Shahs of Sunset" season 4 as Reza Farahan opted to get a new cast member on board and ditch an old one. The surprising decision was well received by the others in the group, and Reza even went as far as saying that nobody misses the cast member they just lost anyway.

Reza decided that Lilly Ghalichi should not be a part of the show anymore. Instead, he chose Asifa Mirza to replace Lilly in the new season. It appears that the now-ex cast member had no other friends in the show except for Golnesa "GG" Gharachedaghi, and she also doesn't want to return to the show at all.

Reza and GG had a talk with OK! Magazine where the former explained that everyone's happy that Lilly is gone now. Further, he also revealed that Mike Shouhed will be in the spotlight in season 4.

"Ain't nobody misses Lilly. I'm gonna keep it real. No one misses her. She [GG] has a friendship with Lilly still but if you took [the group as] a whole, no one's missing Lilly," Reza said. "Asifa is definitely a lot more engaging. She's real. She seems like she's open and a little bit more honest with what's going on in her life."

As for Mike, he is in trouble with his fiancé Jessica when he tried to hook up with GG on their Turkey trip. Reza said that despite this issue, the wedding is still going to happen.

Meanwhile, Reza and fiancé Adam are also having problems. The latter was fuming mad when he saw the footage of the former's bachelor party. How are they going to fix this?

Elsewhere, GG is very happy with all the plastic surgery procedures she has done and is encouraging everyone to get on board.

In Life & Style Magazine's March 30th issue, GG said, "I guess you could call me addicted. But I just love, love, love it ... I recommend plastic surgery for everybody!"

She also shared that she got a nose job at 19 years old, fat liposuction on her rear end, and breast implants.

"Shahs of Sunset" season 4 airs every Monday night on Bravo.
