Starting next month, Pokemon players will be available to get their hands on a variety of Legendary Pokemon all throughout the year.

"In celebration of the amazing power of Legendary Pokémon, look forward to opportunities to obtain these magnificent Pokémon over the course of the year," the Pokémon company announced.

"Every one of the Pokémon you'll get for your Pokémon Ultra Sun, Pokémon Ultra Moon, Pokémon Sun, or Pokémon Moon game is at least level 60 and will know awesome moves to help you dominate in battle! Plus, they may be holding a valuable Gold Bottle Cap to let you maximize the individual strengths of one of your Pokémon via Hyper Training. Have fun collecting and battling with these awesome Legendary Pokémon all year long!"

Leading the Legendary Pokémon galore this February would be Palkia and Dialga, available starting on Feb. 2 on various Gamestop stores. Players just have to visit the store and redeem the code for both Pokemon, although Palkia is only redeemable to Pokemon Ultra Sun and Sun, while Dialga is also exclusively redeemed to Pokemon Ultra Moon and Moon.

Pokemon distributions for the rest of the year have also been announced, although specific details on how to obtain them are not yet revealed.

On March, players will be able to get their hands on Heatran and Regigigas, on April, Raikou and Entei are up for grabs. On May, Xerneas and Yveltal would make their appearance, and on June, Shiny Zygarde will be on deck.

Sure, the second half of the year may seem so far away, but looking forward to the upcoming Legendary Pokémon in store would be a great motivation to start counting the days.

Expect Tornadus and Thundurus in July, while Groudon and Kyogre will be available in August. On September, players may get their hands on Latios and Latias, while Reshiram and Zekrom will make their way in October. Lastly, on November, Ho-oh and Lugia will be up for grabs.

Sadly, there's no Legendary Pokémon available in December, but there's still plenty of time for the Pokemon Company to change their minds, especially if they hear the clamor of Pokémon fans.

Meanwhile, players will have a lot to look forward to this year with the number of Legendary Pokemons they can add to their Pokedex. Not to mention the free items they are yet to get their hands on.
