A new man will join the stellar cast of "Scandal" in its fourth season.

Mathew Del Negro, earlier know as one of the cast members of "Teen Wolf," is reported to have a permanent role in Scandal Season 4. According to rumors, Del Negro will be the love interest of an undisclosed character in the hit ABC drama.

Though the producers are still tight-lipped about Del Negro's role, a lot of speculations say that he could be Olivia Pope's new man.

Other stars are said to be introduced in the show's upcoming season, including Mary McCormack, Portia de Rossi, Josh Randall, as well as Sonya Walger from "Lost." They will all be joining Kerry Washington, who plays the critically-acclaimed role of Olivia Pope, in season 4.

Aside from casting rumors, spoilers are also making the rounds online. One of it is the future of Olivia's relationship with her dad Rowan (Joe Morton). The two had a very complicated liaison in Season 3.

When E! Online managed to tackle down Morton for an interview, the actor divulged quite a lot of information about Olivia's new life after she returns to Washington, D.C.

The actor said, "Since Papa Pope got everything he wanted in the Scandal season finale, Olivia got on a plane with Jake leaving DC and he's back as the B613 boss. How is he dealing with his success in the new season? 'We'll find out!' Joe Morton said with a laugh when we accosted him (politely, of course!) for scoop. 'I think if Olivia returns, he's going to be kind of concerned about that wondering why she's back and what for and how that's going to work out. I also think what's going to happen is people are going to find out what I did and sparks are going to fly.' That's quite an understatement, seeing as how Rowan ruthlessly assassinated the president's son!"

Scandal Season 4 will debut on September 25 on ABC.
