Samsung is expected to unveil a new high-end tablet called the Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 though it remains to be seen when official specs and images would actually be made available online. And while we await that day, the next best thing right now is to rely on rumors.
There have been a lot of rumors tied up to the Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 but now a curious tweet made by one @OnLeaks has been creating quite a stir online. Though there is no telling if the tweeted leak is authentic or not, it does show a 9.7-inch tablet which is said to be a whole lot thinner than Apple's iPad Air 2.

But just the same, it would be best to wait for Samsung to confirm all of this before truly believing its authenticity. An official announcement on the Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 could be made by next month (June).
The Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 is expected to be about 5.4mm thin and will be highlighted by a 9.7-inch AMOLED display (2048 x 1536 pixel resolution with 4:3 aspect ration).
It will be powered by a 64-bit Octa-core Exynos 5433 or 7420 processor and carry 32GB of internal storage, expandable of course through the help of a microSD card for up to 128GB of additional space.
Further specs that the Galaxy Tab S2 could come with include an 8MP rear camera with LED flash and a 2.1 MP front camera. It will be powered by a 5,870 mAh battery.
The Galaxy Tab S2 will come with WiFi and 4G LTE connectivity options and is said to be coming with Android 5.0 Lollipop out of the box.
On whether these said specs are dead-on is still up in the air but hopefully everything will be ironed out by next month according to rumors.
