The WWE Royal Rumble is days away and while there are a lot of good matches in store, it seems that the highlight of it all is the main card – the Royal Rumble.

30 superstars are set to battle inside the squared circle but this early the favorites are Roman Reigns and the returning Daniel Bryan. Now between the two, there is no clear indication on who has got the inside track of coming out as the victor.

Regardless of who between the two would come out victorious, it is believed that the eventual winner will be going up against Brock Lesnar. Now this may not indicate that Lesnar will win over John Cena once again. Either Reigns or Bryan could face Lesnar in another storyline so that angle has yet to be confirmed.

For now, Triple H is said to be favoring no one and that the "Royal Rumble" winner has not yet been decided. To date, the only confirmed entrants aside from Reigns and Bryan are Rusev, Bad News Barrett, and Bray Wyatt.

Sheamus is said to be returning after being put out of commission prior to Survivor Series. A twist however is that based on a report from the the Inquistr, the Celtic Warrior could be back but as a heel.

Another angle from the Bleacher Report sees Sheamus spoiling a potential Bryan victory, another storyline to get the Irish Man back into the WWE groove.

Be advised that all these are rumors and nothing definite has been panned out. Some could materialize while others may not. With a backstage full of stars, there could be sleepers that would enter the Rumble and some faces like Legends to make the main event a whole lot interesting.

The WWE Royal Rumble will air this Sunday, January 25, 2015 at 8:00 p.m. ET/ 5:00 p.m. Pacific over at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia. For details on how to watch it via pay-per-view, you can follow this link.
