Ronda Rousey has gotten nothing but praises from the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) and its fans for that matter. But if this claim by the wife, Jenna Renee Webb, of controversial UFC heavyweight champion Travis Browne is true, things could turn out to be pretty interesting in the coming weeks.

Browne is currently facing charges filed by his wife concerning domestic violence which dates as early as July and the latest bombshell is that Rousey was confirmed to be dating her husband.

The closest that fans know about the issue is that Rousey was spotted having dinner with Browne at a casual dining spot in the West Coast; but until Webb comes up with more concrete evidence that there is something more to that, the accusations of Rousey and her hubby dating will be up for debate.

The alleged date is also up for scrutiny. Both Rousey and Browne were sitting next to each other but with the company of a large group of friends which hardly indicates any romantic tie up between the two UFC figures.

Both Rousey and Browne have yet to release their statements on the matter and for now, that alleged dinner date photo is the only evidence that would support, no matter how vaguely, that the two are dating.

Dating as friends or something even more? Well, the answer to that would need more backing.

Should the allegations hold true, such could hurt the image of Rousey who has been reigning supreme in the UFC. She is an obvious top draw and getting involved in a controversial person like Browne could lead to dire consequences and hurt her image.

But based on the tweets posted by Webb, it seems that she is almost certain that there is something going on. Last month, Webb posted a message on Twitter, saying "Let's hope it doesn't go there but if it does she chose to be w/ a married man undergoing investigation for DV. I did my part."

Just the same and based on the flow of her messages on Twitter, it seems that she is as clueless on the real score between Browne and Rousey.
