A brand new trailer for "Pretty Little Liars" season 6B has been released. If anything, it proves that the liars are still unable to fully recover from A's torments even after five "A-free" years. Although the girls think they finally won, danger finds its way back into their lives.

In the clip, Spencer admits to Mona that A's terrors still give her nightmares. Hanna's PTSD seems to be getting the best of her again while Emily screams as she someone holds her down in a hospital bed. "It's happening again isn't it?" teases the trailer.

As what executive producer Marlene King has long promised, more mysteries can be expected in "Pretty Little Liars" season 6B even after the girls have gone their separate ways and started established careers and found (or lost) love.

But more than the girls dealing with newfound threats as they head back to Rosewood, the intense clip also shows what became of the guys close to the liars in five years. One of the trailer's highlights shows Toby punching Caleb, which had fans speculating about what instigated the rift.

It is being said that Toby's girlfriend Spencer cheated on him with Hanna's boyfriend Caleb. This would explain why Spencer is single come "Pretty Little Liars" season 6B and Hanna has a new man (she is in fact engaged) whose identity remains unknown.

There's also a moment in the trailer where Ezra is yelling at the liars to get out, shocking the girls, including Aria, who is standing behind him. It remains to be seen what sent the guy in a fit though, but what's exciting to know is that a lot about the guy characters in the series has changed as well.

"Pretty Little Liars" season 6B airs Jan. 12, 2016 and it is shaping up to be an exciting and surprise-filled return. A special "Five Years Forward" episode is airing Nov. 24.
