'Pretty Little Liars' season 5: Spoilers for upcoming Christmas episode

The Liars are the icy princesses of the Christmas season.

Apart from the holiday countdown, Little Liars are so wound up with counting down to the day 'A' will put his Christmas treats to fruition. Yet three months seem so long for excited fans of "Pretty Little Liars," which is why spoilers can be spotted all around.

Following the murder of Mona at the Thanksgiving party, the show's characters will move on to face another important occasion – and, most likely, a dose of A's schemes – in the episode entitled "How The 'A' Stole Christmas."

Writer and director Marlene King cannot bottle up her excitement and she burst it all out on Twitter, thrilling equally-excited fans about the upcoming episode.

She wrote, "I am extremely excited to write the PLL Christmas episode. And I'm directing that one too! @PLLlittletheory."

For fans who are as thrilled as King, there are a lot of photos that they should see and be psyched about.

Christmas season is a time for love and reconciliation, and King knows that very well when she revealed that Ezra and "PLL's bed buddies may be wearing Santa boxers." So it looks like viewers will see Aria in high Christmas spirit with that hint. Not to mention, a photo of the two in sleek outfits squeezed against each other on the icy dance floor with hearts all over. Followers must also not forget how Emily and Paige plan to welcome the holidays holding hands.

Another spoiler photo shows how the liars can never be more dazzling in their gowns and holiday spirits as they stand in the middle of the Ice Ball. Another photo shows how Alison loves social events and dressing up, as she fashionably graces the frosty event with masked ladies in her background.  'A' team members will be seen as carolers in the holidays, too.

Everyone at Rosewood High, except 'A' perhaps, is becoming festive, and fans should, too.
