In the midst of the ongoing production for "Power" season 3, spoilers and new information on the cast as well as have been trickling in. The latest morsel of news comes from series star La La Anthony aka LaKeisha, who confirmed her glorious return to the show via Twitter.

Anthony's character was in quite a bit of a quandary when viewers last saw her. LaKeisha's friendship with Tasha went to wrack and ruin after the best friends fell in love with the same man, Shawn, who was unfortunately killed by Kanan last season.

This begs the question of what will become of Tasha and LaKeisha now that the man they loved is gone. Media outlets believe that in "Power" season 3, the BFFs will finally bury the hatchet and become the inseparable sisters they once were.

It is also being said that LaKeisha will shine in the new season of the series. She might even get a new love interest. Word on the street is that LaKeisha will be hooking up with drug dealer Julio, who is reportedly going to step up in the love game in the new season as well.

On the other hand, Shawn's death may also be a blessing in disguise for Tasha and James aka Ghost's marriage. At the moment, where the relationship of the couple is headed is vague but with a lot of angry individuals tailing the latter, it looks like romance isn't a big concern for the big guy.

There really is a lot to look forward to in "Power" season 3, although fans still await the announcement of the premiere date of the show, which seems won't come any sooner. Rumor has it though that a summer 2016 launch is very likely.

Just recently, Omari Hardwick gave a hint on when the show will be back on the small screen, which led many to believe the new season will drop by June next year.
