Owl City announces world tour dates

Owl City will be heading to the UK and Ireland this autumn as part of his world tour.

The singer has just announced his Midsummer Station World Tour, with dates across the US as well as Europe, East Asia, Australia and New Zealand.

The tour kicks off on 5 September in Nashville and promote his new full-length studio album, The Midsummer Station, out from Universal Republic on 21 August.

His first stop in Europe will be Paris on 18 October. After playing in Switzerland and Germany, Owl City will start the UK and Ireland leg of his tour in London on 25 October.

He'll then visit Birmingham, Dublin, Glasgow, Manchester, and Oxford.

The 45-date tour will wrap up in New Zealand on 3 November.

Tickets go on sale 13 July, a great opportunity for fans who missed out on tickets to his sole UK gig in London on 6 August as part of his summer promo tour.
