2014 is nearing its curtain call and what better way to welcome 2015 than bringing the biggest names in the field of music and the most famous stars in Hollywood into one gigantic stage, all for the most spectacular New Year countdown concert party. It's almost time for Dick Clark's "New Year's Rockin' Eve" 2015, where lights, sounds and celebrities join together for the grandest festivity of the year.
The live broadcast by ABC will start at 7 p.m. Ryan Seacrest will host the event to lead viewers and participants in counting down to the New Year while big performances from different artists will make up the big event in Times Square, New York. All these will be happening as the event show updates on how the rest of the world prepares to celebrate the occasion.
"Shake It Off" singer Taylor Swift will perform her hit songs during the revelry. "Let It Go" songbird Idina Menzel will also take the stage as well as country duo Florida Georgia Line and reggae fusion band MAGIC!. Country rocker Brantley Gilbert will also belt out some tunes. Jonas brother turned hunky crooner Nick Jonas will also take part in the event. The 18-year-old British singer-songwriter Ella Henderson will join the gala, too. Moreover, American rock band Train will boost the fun.
Sexy songstress Fergie will perform as well as Jason Derulo. Fans should get ready for deafening screams for Iggy Azalea and One Direction as they rule the stage during the celebration. Performances from Charli XCX, Bastille, Meghan Trainor, Pentatonix and Rixton will all the more add enjoyment to the party. Meanwhile, Lady Antebellum will perform in Nashville with Gavin DeGraw joining them. All the way from Brooklyn, legendary musician Elton John will serenade spectators of the show.
Party-goers need to be at Times Square by 8 p.m. on Dec. 31 to take part in Dick Clark's "New Year's Rockin Eve" with Ryan Seacrest 2015.
