The last episode of "NCIS" season 13 was a night of a tense and awkward reunion as DiNozzo once again got to meet Jeanette, who the special agent fell in love with back in season 4 as he went undercover to take down her father, who was an arms dealer.

Next week, another relationship will take the spotlight in an installment titled "Day in Court." That relationship will be of Jake and Bishop. Their marriage hasn't been in the best state in the past couple of weeks and in this episode, they finally talk about their issues.

But it looks like things will get only worst. In the promo, Bishop looks distressed. "Are we going to ignore what's going on here?" Abby asks her in the promo for the upcoming "NCIS" season 13 episode. Her fellow agents are starting to get worried about her too.

According to Carter Matt, fans shouldn't expect Jake and Bishop to kiss and make up anytime soon. The site believes that by the end of the episode, whatever the couple sorts out will most likely send her flying home with the marriage only "going in the dumpster," as per IB Times.

This "NCIS" season 13 episode will set up Bishop's homecoming for Thanksgiving. Here, fans will get to meet Bishop's mom, who will be played by Lindsay Wagner. Gibbs will accompany the agent on her way to Oklahoma.

As Bishop and Jake try to work things out, NCIS will deal with a case that has the team startled. A petty officer will request to be court martialed in an effort to clear his name from a murder case. "I want NCIS to arrest me for murder," the anxious officer says in the promo.

DiNozzo does not understand why but it seems that the officer wants NCIS to investigate the case after mishandled evidence had everything out of line.

"NCIS" season 13 episode 8 airs Nov. 17 at 8 p.m. ET on CBS.
