"NBA 2K15" constantly allows players to score some VC points without moving a muscle, thanks to locker codes. A whole bunch of them were announced and gamers should try them all out before they expire. They can head to the Options Menu and select Locker Codes. Once there, they can watch the magic happen when the following codes are keyed in.
To score 3,000 VC Points effortlessly, simply type in "HIGHWIREACT" or "FROMDOWNTOWN." They can up that by a thousand more by using the code "THEDAGGER." For those thirsty for added free VC Points, there is more where that came from.
Gamers can get 5,000 VC Points painlessly with the code "OKFORNBA2K." Inputting "KEEPONPLAYIN" or "ASMOOTHMOVE" will do the same thing. Players can also use "GIVETHATGUYAFINE," "MY2K15VALENTINE" or "THERAINMAKER" to rake in the same amount of VC points with ease.
"NBA 2K15" is more than just VC points. "BETWEENTHELEGS" can acquire a random shoe reward while the code "ALLSTARMVP" gives out 2015 all-star merchandise.
Bonus Skill Points can be earned easily with "THEROOFISONFIRE" and players can snag 20 contracts for MyTeam Mode by keying in "NOIINTHEWORDTEAM." Lastly, "PLAYOFFBOUND" will hitch themed playoff gear for MyCareer.
Meanwhile, "NBA 2K15" also made changes on the teams' uniforms. Phoenix Suns is getting a new jersey called Phoenix Rising, a gray T-shirt jersey with Phoenix written in black and orange. Washington Wizards and Houston Rockets now don Latin night jerseys, which are embedded with "Los Wizards" and "Los Rockets," respectively.
Other modifications include the overall points of select players. While LeBron James' OVR went down to 96, it still remains to be the highest in the game. Rajon Rondo's plunged to 80 while Russell Westbrook garnered 93 and the improvements are also seen on his Shot IQ, Passing, Shooting and Rebounding. Stephen Curry now has 94 and an upgrade on his Passing. Lastly, James Harden collected 5 points in his Pass IQ and 4 points in his Pass Accuracy.
MyPARK mode also has a new park custom-designed for Flyers, the team that rose above the rest in the half-season competition.
With "NBA 2K15" getting constant developments, 2K Sports' support on "NBA 2K14" will be shut down by the end of March. This kills the online play for gamers, who will have to upgrade to "NBA 2K15" to continue the basketball action.
