NBA 2015 news: Kenneth Faried and Ty Lawson want trade

Ty Lawson has been recently mentioned as someone who could be possibly traded but now another player could be joining him – Kenneth Faried.

Both players have been among the bright spots for the Nuggets last season but now it looks like both have grown tired of losing and want changes. At the moment, the Nuggets seem to be in the middle of all that but have yet to make any move.

Among them include that of naming a head coach, a vacant position that came about after the Nuggets fired Brian Shaw. For now, rumors believe that Mike D' Antoni could be awarded the post though nothing has been made official.

Lawson on the other hand may be dealt in a trade soon along with other players like perhaps Danilo Galinari. From the looks of it, the Nuggets seem to be cleaning house as far as high salaried players are concerned though there is no indication for now who they intend to go after.

Another player that could be leaving soon may be Kenneth Faried. Faried didn't really perform up to par compared to previous seasons so the Nuggets could eventually move him for someone else to rid themselves of a massive contract Faried carries.

Lawson and Faried are no doubt good players but given their performance last season, their value may have just dipped a little bit. Both are said to be discontent with the way things have been turning out at Denver and may be hinting that the team needs new blood to improve the team and its chances.

But if the two are indeed hinting trade, they may not be part of that revamped lineup. Considering their off-court behavior, it wouldn't be surprising if the Nuggets end up trading them and ending up with more salary cap space and the chance to sign up other players who could fit the team's needs.

The decision could however depend as well on who their next head coach would be. This is assuming that the Nuggets name a head coach before the two are dealt away.
