'Nashville' season 3 premiere: Micah's DNA result revealed, Deacon has liver cancer?

"Nashville" season 3 is all ready to go this February with the mid-season premiere titled "I'm Not That Good at Goodbye." The premiere episode will pick up right where the mid-season finale left off and every character's story will be explored in this episode.

Rayna and Luke

Luke is a broken man. In the mid-season finale, Rayna decided that she wouldn't push through with the wedding, but only decided on the day itself. Luke is so broken-hearted and there's no sign of him taking this news well. In the preview, Luke looks enraged with what happened. He becomes violent in the sneak peek.

There are others who don't like the news either, like Rayna's daughters, except for Maddie. Maddie may have seen a ray of hope here since she was banned from dating Luke's son before. Now that the wedding is off, Maddie may get a chance to do that. But seeing the bad blood between Rayna and Luke, it is interesting to see how Maddie would pull that off.

Sadie's Breakup

Sadie is also a broken person after the mid-season finale. It can be remembered that she was punched by her ex. In the coming episode, she tries to protect herself by buying a gun, reports IBT

Juliette and Avery

As for Juliette and Avery, they are very happy as a newly wed couple. But of course, there's nothing too interesting about a happy marriage. So, fans can expect the two to face some bumps on the road headed their way. But one thing is for sure, actress Hayden Panettiere's baby bump won't be included in the story.

Gunnar and Micah

The fight for Micah's custody may come to a halt, now that the DNA result is revealed. Gunnar is the only one who doesn't know that he is not the father of Micah. Rather, he is only Micah's uncle. Micah is the son of his brother.

Deacon and cancer

In the last episode, Deacon's doctor mentioned the possibility of him having liver cancer. They ran some tests and the results will be revealed in the upcoming episode.

"Nashville" season 3 episode 11 will air on Feb. 4 on ABC.
