NASCAR champ Kirt Busch says ex Patricia Driscoll is a 'trained assassin'

Being accused of domestic assault is one thing but claiming that your ex-girlfriend is a trained assassin is something you will perhaps only hear in the movies. However, such has been the claim of a former NASCAR stock driver, Kurt Busch.

Busch denied accusations made by his ex-girlfriend that he was involved in alleged domestic assault accusations but the kicker came in the form of a counter claim where Busch accused ex-girlfriend Patricia Driscoll of being a trained assassin who kills drug lords.

Per Driscoll, Busch allegedly grabbed her by the neck and face and slammed her head onto the walls of the former's motor home. Busch camp denied the allegations.

"We know one thing. He never physically abused her," Busch's attorney Rusty Hardin said. "We're real comfortable that was made clear today, over the past two days in particular. We'll just wait and see what the outcome is."

On the counter complaint which many may find it as something coming out from a movie script, a video of Driscoll in military fatigues and training at a gun range were submitted but were not shown in open court.

Driscoll, a president of the Armed Forces Foundation, affirmed that Busch's allegations are indeed like pages taken from a movie script. She is also head of the Frontline Defense Systems.

"I find it interesting that some of the outlandish claims come straight from a fictional movie script I've been working on for eight years" she said in an interview with the Associated Press.

Driscol filed for a protection and abuse order last November after an altercation at Dover International Speedway. A ruling on the protection order request could come out in the coming weeks. Meanwhile, the Delaware Attorney General's Office is handling the criminal investigation into Driscoll's assault allegations. No formal charges have been filed as of this writing.
