The "Road to Boruto" downloadable content (DLC) for "Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 4" will get a physical release in the North America, Bandai Namco Entertainment has announced.
The physical package of the expansion, which was initially announced for Europe and Japan, will be released on Friday, Feb. 3. 2017 and will be priced at $49.99 for both the Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
The "Road to Boruto" DLC will be released with a physical copy of "Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 4" along with the three expansions released for the game.
A digital version of the expansion will also be released for those who already have the copy of the game on PS4, Xbox One, or Steam at $19.99.
The official description of the "Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 4" DLC reads: "Road to Boruto brings together the lightning-paced combat, anime-quality graphics, and epic story mode from Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 while integrating an all-new adventure chronicling Boruto Uzumaki's exploits from Boruto: Naruto the Movie."
As expected, Boruto and Sarada will be playable characters along with Mitsuki, son of Orochimaru, who is an integral part both in the movie and the manga that followed.
Together with Konohamaru Sarutobi (who will not be playable in the game), the group will be able to perform in the "Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 4" DLC their combination ultimate jutsu.
These "Road top Boruto" playable characters should be available for both the offline and online Free Battle Mode of the game.
Last but not the least, the "Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 4" DLC will add new fighting styles for Naruto Uzumaki and Sasuke Uchiha from "Boruto: Naruto the Movie."
The game only currently offers the Hokage Naruto and Adult Sasuke costumes for the characters. "Road to Boruto" will add the fighting techniques that come with these garbs.
