'Mob Wives' season 5 episode 7 spoilers: Karen and Natalie get it on in new episode tonight

"Mob Wives" season 5 is airing its most intense episode yet.

The drama between Karen and Natalie continues to brew and finally reaches its boiling point. Karen is near explosion and close friend Renee assures her that she's got her back. As for Drina and Ang, they seem to be confused as to whose side they should pick.

Season 5 episode 7 is titled "The Anti-Social Network." The animosity between Karen and Natalie all began when the latter started taking jabs at Karen's parenting over at Twitter. Natalie continues to bash Karen and this doesn't sit well with the latter, who is also very offended at how the former is attacking her relative, Teresa Giudice.

Now, Natalie has brought hell upon herself because Karen is ready to go. In the preview for the next episode, Renee gives Karen a call to help her prepare for the confrontation that is going to happen.

According to VH1, "Karen is prepping for her meet up with Natalie and is fully ready to give her a piece of her mind."

On another description, VH1 wrote, "But before she goes in guns blazing, Karen makes a call to Renee to talk over the game plan and what they expect to happen."

Big Ang is actually the one who arranges the meet-up for everyone. And immediately, tension runs high when Karen and Natalie start going at it. However, Natalie remains coy about what's happening, which further infuriates Karen and Renee.

According to Reality Tea, Karen wants to know the reason behind Natalie's tweets, calling her a "bad mother." But Natalie just continues to anger Karen when she says that she was only insulting Karen and not her gorgeous daughter.

Natalie continues to act passively, allowing Karen and Renee to be the aggressive ones, but the two can't hold it off any longer. Not long after the word fight, the girls start pulling each other's hair and ripping each other apart. Security tries to separate the women, but Natalie lunges at Karen with a broken glass in hand. The fight continues at the parking lot and the rest of that intense moment will air in the upcoming episode.

"Mob Wives" will air its next episode on Feb. 3.
