'Mass Effect 4' news: Game making headway, carries huge size

Two new tweets from the team that is currently on the move to refresh the epic game franchise "Mass Effect" have triggered excitement for its fans. These may not be clear-cut details that give away much, but with the game still in early development, they will do for now, if only to quench the thirst and boggle the minds of eager fans.

First is a tweet shared by Creative Director Mac Walters, who updated his followers on what Bioware is up to as far as the game is concerned.

It reads, "Heading back to YEG after a great week in MTL. The whole team is pushing hard before the holidays, and it shows. Looking better every day."

This could only mean that progress on the upcoming "Mass Effect" installment is becoming more and more tangible and visible. Gaming Bolt says that this is only a reason to rejoice and, indeed, it is.

Meanwhile, Bioware Montreal Senior Development Director Chris Wynn gave a less vague detail about "Mass Effect 4."

His recent tweet states, "Copying the latest Mass Effect build to my computer to play. Windows is telling me 'about 1 day' to copy it. There is a lot in there."

Many conjectures were raised as to why the reproduction of the game's build can last that long. For one, Load The Game believes that the files may have not been compressed yet. However, it also added that the game's mega-sized cosmos is the culprit, as the site held on to Bioware's boldness in claiming that the future "Mass Effect" title will be the biggest of the array. Gaming Bolt, on the other hand, remarked that multiple languages integrated in the game may be heaving a chunk of the load.

But these are mere inferences, of course. Bioware has yet to make the juiciest details known, such as the fresh plotline, the protagonist helming the space expeditions, and the release date. Nevertheless, fans can already expect to meet new and unfamiliar extraterrestrial faces in uncharted regions of the universe as the game will implore players to visit and pore over all these as soon as the new game's rollout commences.
