Marvel's 'Agent Carter' spoilers: Show to reveal Black Widow roots?

To Marvel fans, learning about the origins of their favorite superheroes will always be interesting. And normally it is shown in full-length movies. However, the origin of one of the heroes could be indirectly shown if the episode 5 of Marvel's 'Agent Carter' is to be looked at closely.

Apparently the next mission that Agent Carter will involve checking out a female counterpart armed with martial art moves. And with that in mention, it brings into mind on whether such could be traced to an Avenger – Black Widow.

It gets even better. Agent Carter and her allies, the Howling Commandos, will be going up against a group that is under the Black Widow Program. A Marvel fanatic doesn't have to read between the lines that such could be a link between the actual Black Widow we have seen in other Marvel superhero films.

So would this eventually tie up Natasha Romanova, aka the Black Widow, and show fans the actual origin of how she came about?

However, if one does the math, it seems a bit off seeing that the setting was made in the 1940s. With that in mind, how could Natasha stay young?

In comes another angle, viewers will get a glimpse of a young Black Widow. But if you compute the age, it may seem a bit off seeing that the Black Widow should have been an old lady at the present time of the Avengers. A viable answer would be that Natasha could have been kept in artificial storage like the Winter Soldier before she eventually turns to the hero side.

On another note, viewers could see the Black Widow's mother too. With an assassin whose last name is Romanova, it remains to be seen if she is indeed the mother of the Black Widow whose real name is Natasha Romanova.

Could this be a crossover or something that could prepare fans for the much anticipated release of 'The Avengers: Age of Ultron' or maybe one of many origins set to be revealed in the coming episodes?
