Gamers can forget about the off-putting three-month delay of "The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt." They can instead get a load of all the breathtaking artwork pieces set to armor the Steelbook covers from the game's Collector's Edition. All the praise and wows go to Poland-based design group Studio Kxx and artist Krzysztof Domaradzki. These stunning images, which will encrust the back and front of each of the goodies, are derived from three different locations from "The Witcher" series, namely "No Man's Land," "Novigrad" and "Skelige." They are all so good, picking a favorite becomes all too impossible.

The first masterpiece that wowed everybody is the one intended to grace the "Novigrad" Steelbook. It was showcased through the official Twitter account of the game on Dec. 30. The incredible creations look so beautiful from afar and all the more up-close. Characters and monsters alike are well-drawn. All the richly detailed images are here for everyone to see.

Gamers who want to get their hands on the incredible-looking "The Witcher" paraphernalia are in for more treats other than the cool handpainted depiction of a battle between Geralt of Rivia and a Griffin. Along with it are a collector grade Witcher medallion, a two-hundred page art book, Outer and Inner Collector's Boxes, a cloth game map, and two Gwent card decks. Many may have been thinking of shying away from the pricey premium tease but this group of fine art might change their minds.

Meanwhile, the developer has run into bottlenecks in building the highly-anticipated action role-playing video game. After two holdups in the process, fans hope that the delay weeks ago will be the last. Should everything fall into place for the video game developer, "The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt" will arrive to PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC on May 19 this year.
