Marriage is 'pretty awesome,' and former Bachelor Sean Lowe explains why

Former Bachelor Sean Lowe is sure to generate a lot of "awwww's" from his female fans with his latest blog post, as he just enumerated the list of things he loves best about being married to Catherine Giudici.

"Marriage is pretty awesome," he wrote in his Patheos blog, adding that there are a lot of reasons why being married is great.

Because of marriage, Lowe will always have someone to binge watch shows with, someone who will honestly tell him that his jokes are not as funny as he thinks they are, someone who will help him 'experiment' and create tasty dishes in the kitchen, someone who always makes him laugh, someone who does not judge him for having Domino's on speed dial, and someone who loves to kiss him.

"These are just a few examples of why being married is great, believe me I could have came up with thousands, but today I want to share with you my absolute favorite," he shared, and Lowe considers it quite simple.

Every time he leaves the house, Catherine will watch him drive away from their front porch with their dogs by her side, then she will give him the sign language hand signal for "I love you."

"This may seem a bit cheesy," he admitted, "but I can't express how much this simple act of love means to me. It doesn't matter if I'm going to be gone all day working or if I'm going to be gone an hour, she watches me drive away from the porch. And each time I leave the house, I'm left with that image of my beautiful wife telling me she loves me."

That simple act makes Lowe eager to get home as quickly as he can. He added that the lavish dates, exotic destinations, and the gorgeous Neil Lane ring were all great while they were both in The Bachelor, but Lowe says he will always prefer the simple life he and Catherine share now.
