The MacBook Air Retina is one of the gadgets Apple loyalists hope to materialize when the year 2015 comes. Many rumors suggest its imminence as they already painted a clear picture of what the most awaited device will bring to the table upon its unveiling. A higher resolution and sharper visuals are already a given, seeing that the upcoming device is expected to make use of the Retina feature first enjoyed by Apple's October offerings. But there are more awesome details that will get the MacBook Air Retina noticed and media outlets are keen enough to echo them all for those who want to know more.

The latest Intel Broadwell-U processor will allegedly power up the device, as it will work best in keeping the device alive even after the new high-quality display takes up most of the battery life. Furthermore, this will boost the laptop's performance while it remains incredibly lightweight and handy. The need for a fan is eliminated and, in turn, the MacBook Air Retina is purported to sport a slim build, Travelers Today reports.

"We expect the unprecedented 12-inch model will boast both the portability of the 11-inch model, and productivity of the 13 inch model. The high resolution display will also offer the outstanding visual experience of the Retina MacBook Pro," KGI Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo stated via Latinos Post.

Battery life-wise, Crossmap said that users may finally gear up for the possibility of charging the device wirelessly. The claim was based on Apple's initial improvement on power connection of its previous computers, and the site believes that the Cupertino-based company will continue to improve it. As per Latino Post, the Touch ID feature present in the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus will be injected in the future MacBook. However, this aspect is still debatable. An iOS integration is also being forecasted and should it come about, Apple users will be able to easily sync their Apple products like iPads and iPhones with the use of the alleged unified operating system.

University Herald, as cited by Latinos Post, thinks that the MacBook Air Retina will put in an appearance by spring next year, with The Motley Fool adding that this will be the same timeframe the energy-efficient processors from Intel will be launched.
