While Benzino was one of the more rational people in "Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta," his current legal situation doesn't follow suit. Benzino faced one arrest after another and unfortunately, "Love & Hip Hop" won't be able to document Benzino's present misfortunes.

Mona, the show creator, has fired Benzino and Althea from the show following their bad comments and death threats online. They also had an altercation with Stevie J. and Joseline Hernandez on the reunion show. Since then, it's just down, down and down for Benzino.

According to Reality Tea, Benzino was kicked off a flight because he allegedly went off on a flight attendant. And then after that, he was reportedly arrested for trying to bring a loaded gun into the airport. When airport security found out, he claimed that it was an "honest mistake."

As if that's not enough trouble, Benzino's most recent run-in with the authorities got him arrested for drug possession just a week after the airport incident. According to TMZ, the police said that "Benzino was stopped by Atlanta cops Wednesday afternoon simply for failing to buckle up, but then they found a pot stash in his ride."

According to reports, when the cops found marijuana in the back of the car, they also saw that Benzino had some pot residue on his waistband and fingers. He was reportedly brought to jail for belt violation and drug possession. Plus, the cops also found out that he was driving with a suspended license. He had to pay $2,269 bail to get out.

However, Benzino's attorney is putting up a fight. He released the video of the arrest and said that his client wasn't carrying pot at all. The marijuana was allegedly already in the back of the cop's car before Benzino even got inside. Is this foul play or is Benzino just trying to clear his name?
