In an emotional Instagram video posted by Cook, the 32-year-old actress is seen visibly touched, speechless, and in tears.

"How do you feel, honey," Cook is heard asking in the video.

To this, Cuoco announced, "We're engaged," apparently before she could even say yes to the 26-year-old equestrian.

"I say yes!" Cuoco shouts to the camera, then disappears behind, most probably to hug her new fiance.

"Well after nearly two years I finally got up the courage to ask her to marry me," Cook said in the caption. He added that it was the best night of his life, and based on his future wife's reaction, he thought it was the best night for her, too.

Before the proposal, Cook posted a photo of the two of them while shopping at Target. It shows him holding a huge diamond, yet plastic, ring as Cuoco looks on with an exasperated look on her face. He later on describes this post as an "ocular" of his actual proposal.

Fans got a closer look of the actress' solitaire teardrop ring in another post. This was followed by a video of the two dancing, apparently just after Cuoco said yes.

"In life, there is nothing like dancing right after getting engaged. The purity and grace of the moment are inexplicable," Cook captioned. The romantic said he wants nothing more than to be a "balloon bouncing, bobbing, and flowing through life together" with the love of his life.

Cuoco was previously married to tennis champion Ryan Sweeting, with whom she became engaged just after three months of dating. They finalized their divorce in May 2016.

The actress, a horse lover and equestrian, met Cook in a horse race. The couple started dating in spring of 2016. "I finally found my horse guy. It was very meant to be," she told Us Weekly in an interview a few months into their relationship.
