Justin Bieber news: Latest house being rented for $55,000 a month

Canadian pop icon Justin Bieber has bought a new home in Beverly Hills California, and of course, it comes with a very hefty price tag. Fortunately, it would appear that the new home is worth every penny since it had been used on multiple occasions to do photo shoots for a wide array of projects in the past.

In a report by TMZ, Bieber is someone that is known around Hollywood to enjoy the better things in life. His recent expenditure is definitely a proof of that, and it has been described to be a "bachelor pad" for the 23-year-old. It is notable to mention that the Beverly Hills home is no stranger to Hollywood personalities, since it has been the avenue of choice for an estimated 18 shoots since 2010.

Assuming the beauty of Bieber's new home, how much did it actually cost the pop star? According to Daily Mail, the Beverly Hills home is being rented out by Bieber for a hefty price of $55,000 a month. The property is equipped with five bathrooms and six bedrooms; and is located within Trousdale Estates. In September this year, video game developers Activision used the house to shoot for their title "Call of Duty: WWII."

In fact, Bieber's new home is not just a sight to behold, but it is also right on top of the Hills, which means that the view is magnificent. According to Eyewitness News, luxury cars like Lincoln, Buick, and Chryslers can be seen parked outside of the driveway from time to time for campaign advertisements. The news of Bieber's new 90210 address had excited fans so much, that it has been reported recently that the artist's home was invaded by one.

In a report by Page Six, a fan had wandered into Bieber's property, and even looked for the Canadian pop star himself. The fan was then apprehended by the local authorities. Even if Bieber was home during the fan's uninvited visit, the fan was unable to make contact with him.
