Kudos to Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel for actually keeping the pregnancy for six months now. But Timberlake can no longer control his excitement, so he finally made the public announcement.

In his official Instagram account, the 34-year-old singer/ actor posted a photo of him kissing his wife's growing baby bump.

The post said, "Thank you EVERYONE for the Bday wishes! This year, I'm getting the GREATEST GIFT EVER. CAN'T WAIT. #BoyOrGirl #YouNeverKnow #WeDontEvenKnow #WeAreTakingBets"

When Timberlake made the announcement, the media outlets tried to get every story that they could about Biel's pregnancy, including her fitness and diet regime. The 32-year-old mom-to-be is known to be a healthy eater and one that succumbs to a healthy lifestyle. Her pregnancy is no different. According to E! News, Biel is eating organic produce directly from a local farm.

"She has been having deliveries from local farms so she can eat fresh organic produce and be as healthy as possible throughout the pregnancy," a source said.

She wants to maintain a balanced diet throughout her pregnancy. Further, a source also shared that Biel is very focused on having the healthiest pregnancy possible.

"She's in her third trimester now and feeling good. She has stayed active during her pregnancy and tried to get in as much exercise as possible. She loves going hiking or on walks. She also does yoga at home and light stretching. She has spent a lot of time at home and plans to slow down on traveling in the next two months ... she's embraced being a homebody and taking it easy."

Meanwhile, E! News also dished that some of their closest friends and family already knew about the pregnancy and just couldn't utter a word about it.

Joey Fatone of NSync told InTouch Weekly, "He told me a while ago, and I kept my mouth shut. But now I can talk about it! Jessica is awesome, and Justin is a kid at heart. [They'll have] fun."

So when is Biel's due date? She is due to give birth around late March or early April.
