ISIS paper details plan for 'end of the world' fight with US, starting with attack on India

The Islamic State is planning a terrorist attack on India to trigger an "end of the world" confrontation with the United States, a high-value document obtained from the jihadist group revealed.

A 32-page Urdu-language document, titled "A Brief History of the Islamic State Caliphate (ISC), The Caliphate According to the Prophet," detailed how the ISIS plans to sow terror in the Middle East and South Asia, to ultimately provoke the US into an apocalyptic-like war.

The document was obtained by the American Media Institute (AMI), and was independently translated from Urdu by Harvard researcher and translator Mustafa Samdani.

Three American intelligence officials believe that that the document is indeed authentic, since it has unique markings and a writing style commonly used by the ISIS.

According to the document, the ISIS is already currently making "preparations" for the attack on India.

That's not all: The same document also presents the ISIS' grand ambition to build a new terrorist army by uniting factions of the Pakistani and Afghan Taliban.

The ISIS also stated in the document its plan to attack American diplomats and Pakistani officials, as well as US soldiers as they withdraw from Afghanistan.

The jihadist group also called on al-Qaeda to join forces with its members and to recognise the Islamic State's leader as the sole ruler of the world's 1 billion Muslims under a religious empire called a "caliphate."

"Even if the US tries to attack with all its allies, which undoubtedly it will, the ummah [global community of Muslims] will be united, resulting in the final battle," the supposed ISIS document read.

Retired US Defense Intelligence Agency Director Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn said current intelligence officials should carefully study the retrieved ISIS document.

"This represents the Islamic State's campaign plan and is something, as an intelligence officer, I would not only want to capture, but fully exploit. It lays out their intent, their goals and objectives, a red flag to which we must pay attention," Flynn said.
