When Season 5 of "Hawaii Five-O" returns, there will be tons of guest stars that will make their brief appearance in the show too. Amusingly, Danny and McGarrett will have weird cases where these famous guest stars will be involved in.

First, there is comedian Cloris Leachmen, who will have a very annoying and funny role in an upcoming episode. Executive Producer Peter Lenkov shared to Entertainment Weekly that the comedy legend will make her way into "Hawaii Five-O" and will also make her way into Danny and McGarrett's case.

"We have a great episode where McGarrett and Danny are on a long-term stake out ... They move into this apartment together and Cloris Leachman is a nosy neighbor who keeps popping by. When she finds out they're cops, she wants them to help her investigate the person stealing her fern," Lenkov shares.

While the plot sounds really funny, Carter Matt speculates that Cloriswill actually play an important role in the case and will be of great help to Danny and McGarrett.

Meanwhile, the January 2 episode will be tastier especially with Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto and Sam Choy joining the gang. According to the synopsis:

"When a tourist is killed after unknowingly transporting a stolen Van Gogh, an undercover Kono and Chin enter the world of black market priceless art and are taken hostage. Also, McGarrett asks Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto to help train Kamekona to beat Chef Sam Choy in a shrimp cook-off."

What do you think is more exciting, going into the black market or seeing the Iron Chef train Kamekona to win the shrimp cook-off? Either way, make sure to tune in to "Hawaii Five-O" Season 5 when they return on January. There might be more legendary guest stars to appear in the upcoming episodes.
