'The Good Wife', 'Hawaii Five-0,' and 'Blue Bloods' renewed or cancelled by CBS?

It is that time of the year when talks about shows getting renewed or cancelled start going around. That's because if a particular show is doing extremely well, that show should've been renewed already. On the other hand, if the network is still pondering on renewing it or not, that show will still be on the list in the cancellation block.

A good example is "The Big Bang Theory," which CBS has already renewed for another three seasons. The network also renewed other comedies like "2 Broke Girls," "The Millers," "Mom," "Mike & Molly" and "Two and a Half Men," reports TV Line. Further, CBS gave the go signal for new cycles of "60 Minutes," "Undercover Boss," "The Amazing Race" and "48 Hours." As for the dramas, CBS has a liking for the rookie dramas. It has renewed "Madam Secretary," "NCIS: NO" "Madam Secretary" and can also renew "CSI: Cyber Battle Creek."

Surely, these are all good news for the shows that get to run another season or multiple seasons. However, for the CBS shows "The Good Wife," "Hawaii Five O" and "Blue Bloods," their fates remain unclear.

According to TV by the Numbers (Zap2it), these three veteran shows may be cancelled. Since CBS renewed three rookie shows already, this means that two veteran shows will be getting the ax. One of these veteran shows to say goodbye is "CSI."

But of "The Good Wife," "Hawaii Five-O" and "Blue Bloods," which one will bid farewell to its fans? It's not an easy call. The three shows are still doing fine in terms of ratings. All three shows have a solid fan base as well. So, it could really boil down to the show's rating and performance before May 2015.

Cancellation Bear gave the three shows three smileys, which means that the show can get renewed or cancelled by May. Fans are hoping for the former, but then again, fans might want to make the extra effort to keep their shows on the air from here on out.
