Episode 16 of "Grey's Anatomy" season 11 sounds like nothing but trouble. The promo for the forthcoming installment of the medical drama titled "Don't Dream It's Over" reveals Meredith's worries and fears about her husband Derek, whom she thinks is cheating on her while he is away.

Meredith phones Derek, who is in D.C., to tell him about her operating streak. To her surprise, a strange woman answers the call. There are various explanations as to why someone other than Derek takes the phone call, but with his history, Meredith's mistrust is understandable.

"He's done this before. Met a girl, fell in love, started over. He's not cheating on me, right?" Meredith asks herself and Alex in the promo.

As fans will remember, Derek left his former wife Addison for Meredith. Now, Meredith feels like Derek is doing the very same thing he did to his ex-partner. Is her hunch accurate?

While fans can only hope that Derek has no plans of breaking his vows, "Grey's Anatomy" is notorious for putting out the worst.

On the other hand, Richard and Maggie are forced to revisit what they know about Alzheimer's disease as they come across a certain patient. Episode 16 also follows April and Jackson as they deal with the fact that baby Samuel is no more. The baby died due to Type 2 osteogenesis imperfecta, a disease that makes the bones fragile.

Lastly, Arizona struggles to live with the fact that Callie is leaving their past behind. It is such a complete turnaround as the latter was the one showing all the jealousy over Dr. Nicole Herman. In episode 16, Arizona sees for herself that her ex has finally moved on when she spots Callie and her blonde date lip-locking.

"Grey's Anatomy" season 11 episode 16 titled "Don't Dream It's Over" will be aired on March 19.
