The next episode of "Grey's Anatomy" titled "One Flight Down" will bring back horrible memories, with a familiar accident occurring all over again.

In episode 20 of "Grey's Anatomy" season 11, news of a small plane crash in Seattle reaches the doctors at Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital. When Derek misses his meeting in Washington, Meredith and Arizona start to panic, fearing that he may have been on that plane that crashed, which reportedly took several lives.

Doctors at the hospital know a lot about these unfortunate circumstances. Back in season 8, the aircraft that had Meredith, Arizona, Mark, Derek, Cristina and Lexie onboard crashed into the woods, killing Mark and traumatizing the rest who survived.

In the promo for the episode, Bailey asks if Meredith would like to be replaced as she seems to be falling apart because of the recurring trauma and mounting anxiety — signs a doctor is unfit to treat their patients. In turn, Meredith along with Arizona hide away in fear in a stock room as they await the fate of Derek.

Bailey, on the other hand, would like Meredith to wait until 5 p.m. before Derek's distressed wife can "start to panic." But waiting only invites more agony. It is just too unfortunate that this horrible incident had to happen knowing the Mer-Der romance is starting to get back on track.

Amelia and Owen have something to stress about as well, but Stephanie gets the biggest share of the awkwardness between the lovers who decide to end things before they ruin themselves into what they think is a relationship that's wide off the mark. With Stephanie stuck in the middle of the two, the workplace will not be as peaceful and as tolerable as it was when things between Amelia and Owen were running smoothly.

Episode 20 of "Grey's Anatomy" season 11 "One Flight Down" will air on April 16.
