The next episode of "Grey's Anatomy" will show how Meredith is being constantly reminded of Derek or his cheating. The installment titled "Crazy Love" will see the heartbroken neurosurgeon "come down hard" on Derek's younger sister Amelia.
Amelia first told what she felt to her brother Derek, who now worries that their relationship will make her remember their dad's murder, which they both witnessed. The former is so into Owen that she fears it might eat her up and destroy her in the end.
On the other hand, Meredith has finally realized that Owen and Amelia are dating and expectedly, she does something to stop Derek's sister (and boss) from messing things up for her best friend's ex boyfriend.
Meredith cannot fathom seeing her sister-in-law date her best friend's former lover so she indirectly talks the former out of the budding relationship before she "ruins" him. In the promo for the episode, Amelia shows her awareness of mixing business with pleasure and how "dangerous" it is.
But in the end, it looks like Meredith manages to convince her as the clip ends with the couple's confrontation, with Amelia telling Owen that their relationship "was a mistake." It remains to be seen how Owen will change the neurosurgeon's mind or if he will ever try to.
Meanwhile, the episode also shows Catherine working on a case involving a man who is put in the hospital by his wife for his "cheating ways." It also marks her apparent reconciliation with Richard. Lastly, the installment will also follow April and Bailey as they team up to tend to injured patients.
Another thing the promo clip for the episode reveals is "Grey's Anatomy's" backtracking to the time Derek flirted with his then-intern Meredith with long and heart-melting gazes. This suggests that there may be improvements or at least changes in the aftermath of Derek's mistake.
Episode 19 of "Grey's Anatomy" season 11 "Crazy Love" will air on April 9.
