The previous "Girl Meets World" season 2 episode showed that one must do whatever he or she is passionate about, which is exactly what Riley did. The installment showed the protagonist chase her dream of being part of the cheerleading squad even though the people around her think she can't do it.

Meanwhile, the upcoming episode will begin a three-part special that hurls Riley and the group all the way to the Lone Star State. Titled "Girl Meets Texas Part 1," the episode will see the group do some square dancing and ride a bull in their cowboy boots, hats and plaid button downs.

However, in between the fun and adventure in Texas, something happens in this "Girl Meets World" season 2 installment that will test Maya and Riley's bond. In fact, as teased in the trailer, it will be "the biggest moment that will change Maya and Riley's friendship forever."

This may have something to do with Lucas. In the promo, it is shown that as the cool guy passes by them, both Maya and Riley look head over heels in love. As per Carter Matt, the episode will deal with the question of who Lucas really has feelings for.

While it has always been made to look like he has a thing for Riley, it is also being hinted that he may be developing romantic feelings for his girl's best friend as well. This will surely put a crack on their friendship but knowing how solid these two are, it is hoped that they will be able to patch things up.

So in this rodeo-laden "Girl Meets World" installment, fans could see Maya and Riley start to feel the crack on their closeness. But it also seems that the episode will deliver all the fun bits first too, including Lucas taking a crack at becoming a bull-riding champion.
