'General Hospital' spoilers: Luke reveals big secret, Jake wants to work with Julian

This week marks the 52th anniversary of "General Hospital." To celebrate the momentous occasion, the show will be making a big reveal by going back to its very first episode. Meanwhile, there are plenty more other things going down this week on "GH." 

Luke's big secret 

On April 1, the first episode of "GH" will be shown and this is how Luke's big secret reveal will happen. What is this secret?

As for Luke's family, they come to terms with his secret and they make a decision. However, Lucas and Carly choose to support their mother, according to TV Source Magazine

Jake's flashback 

Jake is having a flashback again and this time, he sees Sam in it. This leads to Elizabeth and Patrick talking about Jake and Sam. Later, Patrick decides to talk to the latter. 

Within this storyline, Ric talks to Sam about Hayden Barns, who he wants to work for him. Elizabeth and Ric have a moment. 

Moreover, Jake wants to work for Julian and when he overhears Shawn and Julian arguing, he interrupts them.

Duke and Sonny have to kill someone, while Jordan tells Anna information about Sloane. Sam and Patrick try to talk about moving in together, while Spencer makes sure that Emma stays with him.
