Franklin Graham says Bobbi Kristina's death a reminder that 'life is like a vapour'

With Bobbi Kristina Brown laid to rest on Monday beside her mother Whitney Houston, Reverend Franklin Graham wants to use the lives of these "two very talented people" to remind people that life here on earth is but temporary, and only God can give eternal life.

On his Facebook page, Graham wrote that these two women "passed away far too soon" and it's a good reminder that "none of us know what the future holds or how much time we have left on this earth."

"The Bible tells us that life here is like a vapour that quickly disappears. That is why it is so important to make sure that you have put your faith and trust in God's Son, Jesus Christ, and receive Him as Lord and Saviour. Jesus Himself said, 'I am the resurrection and the life. Whoever believes in me, though he die, yet shall he live, and everyone who lives and believes in me shall never die,'" added Graham.

He then shared the website of Peace With God, which is an online support ministry operated by The Billy Graham Evangelistic Association (BGEA) in partnership with Jesus.net.

It hopes to facilitate the spiritual journey of people who are seeking an abundant life, encourage its audience to experience the power of community and fellowship within the body of Christ, as well as stimulate the creative potential of all of its partners from around the world.

The website also shares who Jesus is, and what His life, death, and resurrection mean for people. They use the Bible verse John 14:6 to explain: "Jesus answered, 'I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'"
