The hit reality television show by HGTV "Fixer Upper" has received a significant amount of positive reviews in its five season run. Following the announcement for the season finale, rumors claimed that stars of the show, Chip and Joanna Gaines, have been experiencing some marriage issues. However, the couple stood firm in denying these rumors, and exclaimed that they have never been stronger as a married couple.

In a report by E News Online, both Joanna and Chip are still getting used to their newfound popularity, and completely understand the context of the rumors that surround the status of their marriage. The couple both understand that rumors are a big part of the entertainment industry. They also understand that fame comes at a price. Of course, the speculations still shocked the couple but the two have taken them in stride.

According to Dallas News, season 5 of "Fixer Upper" is planning an ambitiously grand exit. One of the esteemed guests that is scheduled to appear on the show is the former First Lady of America, Laura Bush. It still is unclear as to what role Bush will be playing for the special episode, but it is known that she is indeed a big fan of the show. In fact, Bush is among one of the many fans who are saddened by the final fifth season.

The success that Chip and Joanna was able to amass through the years is truly tremendous. According to Fox News, the couple even had to "beg" other people to be part of the show, since not a lot of people had faith that the show would be such a huge hit. It is understandable that the people of Texas would be initially reluctant to allow Chip and Joanna to just hand over the keys to their homes for a house facelift.

However, the trust and popularity that the couple has gained after just four seasons has to end sometime. It just so happens that the two had decided to end it now, and step away from the spot light. According to Magnolia Market, the couple has issued a statement that ensures that the marriage is still solid, and that the couple just needs to take a breather and step back from all the work that they have put in so far.

The fifth and final season of "Fixer Upper" will air on Tuesday, Nov. 28 on HGTV.
