'Five Nights at Freddy's 3' release date update: coming soon in 2015, but no official date yet

A third installment to the popular horror game series by Scott Cawthon is currently in the works, meaning that people who have played the previous two (Five Nights at Freddy's and Five Nights at Freddy's 2) can look forward to more of the indie point-and-click survival horror game where players would need to survive a night shift over at Freddy's Fazbear's Pizzeria.

If you want to take a gander at the teaser, you can do so by visiting Cawthon's website. But if you plan to email and do some queries about the upcoming game, it would be best to save yourself the trouble since you will receive an auto-reply which will read:

"Please do not email me asking any questions about it. NO questions about FNaF3 will be read or answered!"

So why is Cawthon playing a bit of hard ball? Well for one, this is to address his worries of some people posing in his behalf. Such happened on sites like Twitch or Twitter among others so he remains by his previous request for fans and gamers alike to simply trust on statements coursed through the official website.

Apparently many are trying to ride in Cawthon's bandwagon, developing their own versions and titling them as third or fourth series of the second installment. And because of this, Cawthon has urged fans to simply be patient and follow solely through the official site.

The third installment should be coming soon. If you consider the previous releases which started only in September of last year, then the third offering should be out at the least time you expect it. Some sites even believe that it could come as early as next month!

Officially however, there is no actual release date for 'Five Nights at Freddy's 3' although it will be within 2015.
