Things in the estate continue to heat up with "Downton Abbey" season 6 packing in more stories of romance and mayhem. In the next episode, Mary will go on a high-speed date with Henry Talbot, who will show off his racing skills on the track.

However, as smooth as he drives and as dashing as he is, Mary will find herself conflicted on whether or not she has found the love of her life in Henry. In fact, she will give her suitor a hard time by shutting the door on his face, complaining to him the dangers of racing and whatnot.

While on the talk of romance and dating, the upcoming "Downton Abbey" season 6 episode may see Edith on a date. As she sets out to find a new editor for the magazine, it looks like she will also get cozy with Bertie Pelham. When Robert Crawley asks Edith about it, she quickly denies it.

As far as unexpected events go, this week's "Downton Abbey" season 6 episode will deliver on a lot of those. This includes Andy treating Thomas as a newfound confidante. The two started off both on their guard but as the season progressed, fans saw them let loose for a bit, with the latter now a protector of one of Andy's biggest secrets.

Meanwhile, viewers will also see Mr. Mason finally move into Yew Tree Farm, special thanks to Daisy, who went so far as to almost lose her job just to get him there. Daisy together with Mrs. Patmore, Daisy and Andy will assist him as he moves into his new home.

Lastly, Violet continues with her plot involving the takeover of the hospital. The next part of her plan is convincing minister of health Neville Chamberlain to join them for dinner at Downton Abbey. It remains to be seen if her scheme will bear fruits.

"Downton Abbey" season 6 episode 5 airs Oct. 18.
