Former Disney star Adam Hicks was recently arrested after perpetrating a series of robberies in California with his actress girlfriend Danni Tamburro.

E! News confirms that Hicks has been charged with three felony accounts of attempted second-degree robbery and two felony counts of second-degree robbery.

Hicks, 25, and Tamburro, 23, were arrested on Wednesday, at around 2 p.m. in Burbank, Los Angeles on suspicion of carrying out a number of armed robberies around the city. At that time, bail was set at $350,000 each.

According to a police spokesperson, a 52-year-old man first alerted them to the incident, reporting that a man pointed a gun at him, demanding his wallet. The victim was able to run away and report to the police.

As the officers were investigating, three more similar incidents happened around the streets of Burbank. The victims reportedly gave the same descriptions of the two suspects and their vehicle, a dark-colored Kia.

The police were soon able to find the vehicle, which contained a property belonging to one of the robbery victims. The car led them to a home linked to one of the suspects. With the help of the S.W.A.T. team, the police were able to serve a search warrant on the residence, where they found Hicks and Tamburro. The latter is suspected of acting as the getaway driver.

According to TMZ, the actor, who starred on Disney XD shows "Zeke and Luther" and "Pair of Kings," has a history of violence.

In July 2017, the actor was arrested after shooting himself in the leg, an incident that he described as an accident to the police. The court document, however, said he was "very uncooperative" during the investigation. The case was closed due to insufficient evidence.

Two months later, Hicks was once again arrested after he allegedly "brutalized" his girlfriend. The incident was reportedly witnessed by their neighbors, but they became uncooperative. The case was also dismissed after his girlfriend refused to help in the investigation.
